In 2009 Tom and Paul created DCF, LLC as a broker/dealer, member of FINRA,SIPC. Within a couple years DCF was approached by other CPA firms and independent investment bankers wishing to affiliate and be licensed through DCF. DCF accommodated these groups and realized there was great mutual benefit in DCF having a national network of affiliates.
